1. Our Commitment
Chat Buddy is committed to maintaining a safe online environment and operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.
Chat Buddy is a 16+ service. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to access or use the platform.
2. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Chat Buddy:
Creating, sharing, requesting, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Grooming, coercion, manipulation, or sexualised interaction involving minors.
Attempting to engage users believed to be under 16 in sexual or exploitative conversations.
Using the platform to facilitate, promote, or normalise child exploitation in any form.
Attempting to bypass age restrictions or encouraging minors to misrepresent their age.
Any such activity will result in immediate account termination.
3. Reporting and Moderation
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, report it immediately to:
We take reports seriously and may:
Review and remove offending content promptly
Suspend or permanently ban offending accounts
Preserve relevant data where legally required
Refer matters to law enforcement or child protection authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law
4. Safeguarding and Legal Compliance
Chat Buddy complies with applicable child protection and safeguarding laws, including those in the United Kingdom.
We do not disclose user data unless:
legally required to do so, or
authorised under applicable law
All disclosures are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation.
5. No Tolerance Policy
There is no tolerance for CSAE-related content or behaviour on Chat Buddy.
Users found to be engaging in such activity will be removed from the platform without notice and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
